Standard Shipping (Outside FREE delivery area)

Shipping is a flat rate of £15.00 on all orders.

­FREE LOCAL DELIVERY ­We offer free delivery on local orders. If you think you qualify for this then please call 01584 876177 or email sales@millersmedicalsupplies.co.uk.

Our standard shipping on orders less than 1kg are sent by Royal Mail, orders above 1kg are shipped by next day carrier. Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form by a national carrier such as TWC/APC Distribution. We provide same day despatch on an overnight service if you order before 12o'clock. If you order after 12o'clock your order will then be delivered with in 48 hours.

In the rare event of the products not being in stock then we will credit back your card and ask you to reorder once in stock.

Please contact us before arranging any returns so that we can make sure we know who they are from and the reason for the return.

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, to BFPO to the Scottish highlands, any islands, Ireland or Northern Ireland. The cost of the transport and administration means that it is not economic.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept for return any items of a personal nature including sterile or sanitory sensitive goods For example (and not limited to): Nebulisers, stethoscopes, or commodes - phone us for details on a specific product. This does not affect your statutory rights. (You may be responsible for your own postage and packing costs - for goods ordered in error)
